With over eight years of hands-on experience across multiple facets of the real estate industry, Nicole brings a deep understanding of the operational and client-facing sides of the business.

Nicole's career has spanned a variety of roles - from reception and executive assistance, to rental and sales administration, sales administration management and as a sales associate.  This well-rounded background has equipped her with exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of the real estate process from start to finish.

Now serving as Operations Manager at Ray White Pascoe Vale, Nicole oversees the daily functions of the agency, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a seamless experience for both clients and staff.  Known for her proactive approach, leadership, and commitment to excellence, she plays a pivitol role in driving operational success and supporting the team in achieving outstanding results.

Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys walking along the Maribyrnong river with her partner and friends, as she loves the beauty of the outdoors.
